If not, get in contact with me. I love getting emails!
Q: You offer a lot, but I don’t see what I need on your services page. Can you take it on?
A: If it’s content marketing, content writing, or copywriting that tells a story or helps address customers’ pain points, the answer is likely yes.
Tell me more about your project and we’ll try to make it happen!
Q: What topics do you write about?
A: I’m most skilled at writing about topics like:
- software as a service (SaaS) technology
- B2B industries
- content marketing/strategy
- everything video (marketing, advertising, social video, streaming, etc.)
- influencer marketing
I want to write more about:
- climate tech
- data/digital privacy
- consumer research/marketing/engagement
- fintech
- product marketing
Q: What is your general availability/turnaround time?
A: I take about 2-3 weeks for mid-sized projects (like two blog posts or a short report), and roughly 4-6 weeks for a larger project (website copy, white papers, ebooks, etc.).
I usually book out at least two weeks in advance, so it’s unlikely I can get work done within a week. If I can, I charge a 50% premium for rush work.
Q: What’s your work schedule?
A: I’m up and at it Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST. Those hours can shift a bit, but I’m generally available during a “traditional” 9-5 schedule.
Q: Great portfolio! That isn’t all you’ve done, is it?
A: Certainly not, and thanks for the compliment!
My career as a freelance content writer started in 2012, which means I have a rather large backlog of clients and projects. Some of this work is no longer available online or was never available publicly with my name because it was under a ghostwriting/NDA agreement.
That being said, if you’re looking for names you can relate to, here’s a list of notable companies who’ve used my business writing services, as well as publications I’ve written articles for:
- Bidsketch
- Chicago Tribune (syndicated)
- Conversion Surge
- CreatorIQ
- Daily Dot (syndicated)
- EContent Magazine
- Fabric Media
- Fan.TV (acquired by Rovi Corporation)
- Fast Company
- Forbes
- LILLY + Associates
- MagicLinks
- Meeting Tomorrow
- National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE)
- Next Web (syndicated)
- OnlineVideo.net (now a part of Streaming Media)
- Speechpad
- Stem.is
- VideoInk (now a part of The Wrap)
- Videomaker Magazine
- Women 2.0
- YouTuber Magazine (now Creator Handbook)
Q: Can I tell you about my business’s services?
A: You can, but I won’t listen. I’m a one-woman show who doesn’t need unsolicited promotional emails for office supplies, outsourcing solutions, online marketing services, or any other type of business “help.”
Do you research before you reach out to people like me, and know your audience. I’m not one of them.
